| | The NAM Regulatory and Legal Reform Department is responsible for advocating on behalf of the NAM membership on issues affecting regulatory and legal policy. This includes the NAM’s Fair Litigation Action Group (FLAG) project, which was formed to help employers educate their employees about the importance of reforming the legal system to make it more fair and balanced. This section includes information on NAM positions regarding regulatory process and legal reform issues.
