Infrastructure, Legal & Regulatory Policy

The NAM Regulatory and Legal Reform Department is responsible for advocating on behalf of the NAM membership on issues affecting regulatory and legal policy. This includes the NAM’s Fair Litigation Action Group (FLAG) project, which was formed to help employers educate their employees about the importance of reforming the legal system to make it more fair and balanced. This section includes information on NAM positions regarding regulatory process and legal reform issues. For information on specific regulations check under the relevant department (such as Resources and Environment for EPA regulations or Human Resources Policy for OSHA and other Department of Labor regulations); for information on NAM litigation activities, see Litigation Matters.
